None. Get this–I got phlebitis in my right foot, so, instead of walking, I’m limping! Evidently, it happened because I sat in a (cross-legged) position too long without moving! I’m taking Aleve to ease the inflamation, and it should resolve in a week’s time. UG.

Walked 2.8 miles around our beautiful sunny neighborhood. Did Joyce Vedral’s Lower Body Fat-Burning workout: 12, 10, 8 reps for thighs, 15 x 3 reps for butt exercises, 15/12/10 reps for stomach exercises , and 12/10/8 for calves w/2#,3#, & 5#. Developed sore vein on right foot, so couldn’t do an additional 30 mins. on treadmill I’d hoped to do.

Not good. Spent all day running around doing errands. Wound up very frustrated. Hopefully, tomorrow will be better.
It’s been a frightfully long time since I’ve blogged, or really had a regular exercise routine. Looking over our pictures from a 1999 bike tour through the Loire Valley, my hubby remarked: “You were in good shape [back then...]“ This is incentive to get back into a daily exercise routine. So, here we go. This time, I might blog before I do the exercise, instead of at the end of the day, when I have no energy left to sit in front of a computer. So, I’m headed out for a leisurely 2.8 mile RT stroll.
