		<description>I&#039;m afraid I&#039;m really not losing weight, but, then, I have not seriously been trying to, either....
In order to do that, I&#039;d have to essentially cut all/most of the fat out of my diet, all/most of the sugar (this would be hard, since I love my homemade grapefruit marmalade, and have 30 more jars of it!), and, probably the bread. Additionally, I really would have to exercise regularly, every day, perhaps taking twice the length of walks I do now... That&#039;s why this blog is called &quot;resolution1&quot;--at some point, I&#039;ll have to resolve to do it!</description>
