None. Today, I had to drive to and back from SF (over 4 hours in the car), had to water the garden and cook dinner upon getting home. This left on daylight time left for my usual walk.
Will be back “on track” tomorrow…

- Brekky: 1 slice honey bran toast w/whipped butter and homemade grapefruit marmalade; coffee w/soymilk; strawberry, apple, and banana slices
- Lunch: Had to drive to S.F. to meet with student, so stopped at Gordo’s (aptly named, I’m afraid) on the way to SFSU: had a regular burrito w/pinto beans, rice, cheese, and guacamole; about 4 oz. tortilla chips, about 2/3 of a bottle of Jarritos Tamarindo soda
- Dinner: Defrosted some Salsa Verde from February, so made cheese and corn enchiladas w/ salsa verde, “Frijoles Borrachos”, and Mexican Rice, accompanied by a small glass of beer.
- Dessert: Just Desserts’ “Black Tie” chocolate cupcake with white frosting, and tea w/lemon and sugar.

Took a 2.8 mile walk around our neighborhood.

- Brekky: Oatmeal w/soymilk and maple syrup; 2 slices honey bran toast, w/whipped butter and home-made grapefruit marmalade, fruit slices of apple, banana, strawberry; coffee w/soymilk
- Lunch: Went to Farm House: Had 3 poached eggs (whites only) laid by our hens; 2 slices whole wheat toast w/butter and my own homemade grapefruit marmalade, coffee w/soymilk. Was too full to eat the salad, so brought it home.
- Dinner: Prepared Sopa Seca de Fideo, Salmon w/Green cilantro and lime sauce, and braised chard w/capers and olives (using 2 bunches of chard freshly picked from our garden). White wine, of course…
- Late-night snack: Just Desserts’ “Black Tie” chocolate cupcake w/white frosting, tea w/lemon and sugar;

- Brekky: Honey bran toast w/whipped butter and grapefruit marmalade; sliced apple, banana, strawberry, and Manila mango; coffee w/soymilk
- Lunch: Defrosted celeriac soup; salad of carrot, red bell pepper, celery
- Dinner: Prepared a duo from Prevention magazine: Penne w/lemon, asparagus, edamame, sweet peas, w/ricotta and feta cheeses, accompanied by “Speedy Spinach and Carrot Salad,” which had baby spinach, grated carrot, and craisins (dried cranberries) in a red vinaigrette dressing
- After dinner snack: wine, cheese, crackers, Drambuie, chocolate

- Brekky: Oatmeal; fruit=3 strawberries, 1/2 Manila mango, 1/2 small apple, 1/4 banana; coffee w/soymilk (4 cups); 1 slice honey bran toast w/whipped butter and homemade grapefruit marmalade
- Lunch: Deftosted celeriac soup (from late January–still yummy); salad of 1/2 red bell pepper, 1 carrot, 1 celery stalk, 1 orange, 1/2 avocado; dessert: walnuts, craisins (dried cranberries), and a bit of chocolate w/green tea.
- Dinner: Broccoli tofu stir fry with jasmine rice; braised chard (picked from our garden) w/ ginger and garlic; Italian Pieroni beer
- Late-night snack: Cheese plate: Tillamook medium cheddar cheese (2 oz.) + Italian fennel crostini; white wine

Was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to take 2 2.8 mile walks in my neighborhood. It reached 100F for the high today!!

Finally! Got our bikes tuned up and fixed, so took a nice 10 mile (?) RT ride from Willowside road to our dinner eating place in Santa Rosa.

- Brekky: Oatmeal, sliced fruit consisting of apples, strawberries, bananas, and Manila mango, decaffeinated English breakfast tea
- Lunch: 2 slices honey bran toast w/whipped butter and homemade grapefruit marmalade; decaf coffee, sliced strawberries, mango, banana,and apple; leftover vegetarian beans and rice
- Dinner: In Santa Rosa at Sizzling Tandoor: rice, naan, spinach and potato, cauliflower and potato, water, mango chutney, raita
- Late-night snack: Decaf English tea w/lemon and sugar; fennel crostini w/mozzarella cheese and white wine.
