- Brekky: It being a week-end, had to fix my own. Oatmeal w/soymilk & maple syrup; fruit consisting of 2 huge strawberries, a few apple slices, a few banana slices, 1 slice toasted bread w/butter & grapefruit marmalade; coffee w/soymilk
- Lunch: Late, @ Ole’s in Alameda. Had their Slimline Special w/ 1/2 a well-done hamburger patty, cottage cheese, canned peach slices. hard-boiled egg white, a few slices of beets and their wonderful tapioca pudding w/coffee & cream
- Dinner: At Sizzling Tandoor at the mouth of the Russian River: spinach w/ potato; cauliflower w/potato; basmati rice, a bit of raita & mango chutney; 2 naan, cup of chai

- Brekky: Although hubby had to get up extra early for work today, he prepared oatmeal for me, which I had w/soymilk & maple syrup, 1 slice of home-baked honey bran bread w/butter & grapefruit marmalade; strawberry, apple, banana slices & coffee w/soymilk
- Lunch: Met hubby @ Farm House. Had 2 freshly laid poached eggs (whites only) w/Tabasco sauce; 2 slices of my home-made bread w/grapefruit marmalade, some coffee w/soymilk, and salad w/Ranch dressing
- Dinner: Filet of sole marinated in lime juice & soy sauce; sauteed w/a couple of corn/wheat soft tortillas, leftover boiled pinto beans & vegetarian paella, & shredded cabbage w/lime juice
- Snacks: Brownies w/walnuts, red wine, Tillamook medium sharp cheddar w/crackers; 1/2 carrot

- Brekky: Oatmeal w/ soymilk & maple syrup; slice of home-baked honey bran toast w/bit o’ butter & grapefruit marmalade; tea; apple, strawberry, & banana slices
- Lunch: At Farm House: 3 freshly laid eggs poached w/ Tabasco sauce; 2 slices of my home-baked bread, toasted, lightly buttered, and toasted, w/ bit o’ grapefruit marmalade, coffee w/soymilk, salad. Mike, the owner, tempted me by giving me a free slice of chocolate cake w/ a scoop of vanilla ice cream!!! I brought most of the cake home, and had about 2 tbsp., max, of the ice cream.
- Dinner: Boiled pinto beans and veggie paella cosisting of brown rice, onion, green and yellow bell peppers, edamame (shelled), tomatoes, veggie broth (home-made), and sweet peas.
- Dessert: A couple of pieces of chocolate brownies w/ walnuts and tea (tsk, tsk )
- Confession: Had some chocolate brownie w/walnuts last night, too. (Reward after an especially trying day).

- Brekky: (Leftover) oatmeal w/fresh homemade soymilk & maple syrup; small pot o’ tea; 1 slice freshly home-baked honey bran bread w/ bit o’ butter & newly opened jar of homemade grapefruit marmalade, apple, strawberry, & banana slices
Had acupuncture treatment for tennis elbow in City, so
- Lunch: at Que Tal cafe–veggie sandwich w/ cup o’ squash puree soup; cup of
coffee (w/bit o’ “2%” fat milk); fruit salad - Dinner: Vietnamese takeout from Santa Rosa: rice & veggies; 1 veggie spring roll

- Lunch: @ Farm House: nice salad w/ hearts of Romaine, avocado slices, tomato
slices, dried cranberries w/ Ranch dressing; 2 slices whole wheat toast w/butter
+ 1 tsp. seedless blackberry jam; 3 poached eggs (2 laid today)–whites only w/
red Tabasco sauce; couple of mugs of coffee w/1-2 non-dairy creamer(s) - Dinner: Leftover Indian meal: mung beans w/spinach; yellow dal; lemon pullao rice w/
cashews & mango chutney; pan-sauteed small red potatoes; cauliflower w/ mustard seeds; bit o’ white wine

- Lunch: Farm House: Spectacular salad w/Ranch dressing; 3 poached eggs w/ Tabasco sauce; 2 slices whole wheat toast w/butter & 1 tsp. seedless black raspberry jam, coffee w/non-dairy creamer
- Dinner: Home-cooked Indian meal (from scratch): mung beans w/ spinach; yellow dal; cauliflower w/red bell peppers & mustard seeds; lemon rice pullao w/cashews

- Brekky: 7 small (1 tbsp. batter each) blue cornmeal pancakes w/ pecans, banana, strawberries, maple syrup w/bit o’ butter & wonderful aromatic hot tea
- Lunch: @ Farm House–”Huevos Rancheros” w/my own 3 eggs (poached), red salsa, lettuce, avocado, bit o’ beans, & 2 corn tortillas , coffee w/soymilk
- Snack: Baked home-made orange-cranberry-nut muffins; had 2 + decaf Taylor Maid coffee
- Dinner: Broccoli raab in anchovy sauce w/ brown rice pasta (6 oz.); steamed asparagus; white wine
