- Brekky: Got to try my homemade grapefruit marmalade (it was delicious, but too runny–decided to try fruit pectin when I make it next time). Had the grapefruit marmalade on a slice of my home-baked Honey-Bran loaf with a little peanut butter (a creative way to avoid dairy, in this case, butter, don’t you think?). Coffee with the last of this batch of soymilk, fruit consisting of a few slices of banana, apple, and strawberry.
- Lunch: At Farm House in Sebastopol. The hens laid 3 eggs today, so I had 3 “over hard” (didn’t eat most of the yolks, though), another slice and a half of my home-baked honey-bran bread with more grapefruit marmalade, coffee w/non-dairy creamer (I had no soymilk left, need to make another batch–which I just did this evening, it’s cooling even as I’m blogging), salad w/iceberg lettuce, a few tomato and avocado slices, and, yes, ranch dressing (1 or 2 tbsp.)
- Dinner: Ate out, since I did not have time to do both Bikram Yoga at 4:30PMĀ AND cook dinner. We went to Sizzling Tandoor, and had: cauliflower & potato, spinach & potato, rice, plain naan, achar, and mango chutney.

yeah, nut butters are good and way better for you than butter. Also, if you are eating delicious home-baked bread, maybe you should try with the jelly and forget the butter altogether–there must be tons of flavor from the bread and jam. though nut butters are good for you, especially raw ones.
