Today, I went to the 4:30PM class at the Santa Rosa Bikram studio, www.bikramyogaofsantarosa.com/.

It being a Sunday, and a very beautiful one at that, it was overwhelmingly tempting to stay and work in the garden, but I convinced myself to go and I’m glad I did.  I purchased a monthly pass, good for 30 consecutive days. We’ll see how I do.  It was quite hot, and I got very sweaty today, but feel so much better for having gone.
